Refund and cancellation policy

1. What you can buy

TrueLaunch, run by IYGroup Developer Studio, sells two things under the Sponsored placement terms: sponsored spots (sidebar cards and inline listings) for a week or a month at a fixed price, and bids on the home page's bid board, from $1, which add to an app's permanent total. Each purchase is a one-time card payment. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews. Listing an app, launching it, reviewing and upvoting are free and never charged.

2. Cancelling a spot within 24 hours

This applies to sponsored spots. Bids are final once the payment is confirmed, because the place on the bid board starts at once; section 5 still applies to them.
Within 24 hours of paying, you can cancel a purchase from the Promote page (“Refund”), whether or not the spot has started.
You get back what you paid less 5%. The 5% covers the payment processor's fee, which isn't returned to us. The refund includes the matching share of any tax you paid, where the tax rules allow.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with through our payment partner, Dodo Payments (the merchant of record). Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
The spot is freed as soon as you cancel.

3. After 24 hours

Payments are final after 24 hours, including for spots that haven't started yet. Nothing is refunded when:

the time you paid for is over;
a moderator removes your app or its spots because it broke our terms or guidelines;
someone proves they publish the app and the listing moves to them.

Our mistakes are on us. If a spot isn't shown because of an error on our side (for example an outage or a bug), or we hide an app and later restore it without finding a breach, we refund the time lost or add it back to your spot, whichever you prefer.

4. Old ad balance

Before spots were paid by card, developers could top up a prepaid ad balance. Any of that balance still left is refunded in full, with no fee, on request, including before you delete your account.

5. Duplicate or unauthorised payments

If you were charged twice or didn't make a payment, write to us within 60 days and we'll refund it in full once confirmed. If you open a chargeback with your bank instead, we may pause your sponsored spots until it is resolved.

6. How to ask for a refund

Within 24 hours, use “Refund” on the Promote page. For anything else, email support@vascario.com from the address on your TrueLaunch account with the spot and, if you have it, the Dodo Payments payment ID. We reply within 3 business days.
