Terms of service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

TrueLaunch (the “service”, “we”, “us”) is run by IYGroup Developer Studio, a sole proprietorship based in India. These terms are an agreement between you and us for using the TrueLaunch website, its features and its emails. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the policies they link to:

• Privacy policy and Cookie policy
• Community and review guidelines
• Developer terms (if you list an app)
• Sponsored placement terms and Refund policy (if you buy sponsored spots or bid on the bid board)
• Copyright and content reports

If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Last updated: 3 November 2026.

2. Who can use TrueLaunch

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. We delete accounts we find belong to someone younger.
• You may not use the service if the law of India or of the country you are in forbids it, or if we have suspended or removed you before.
• You may not buy sponsored spots or bid if you, or the country you are in, are subject to sanctions that forbid it.
• If you use TrueLaunch for a business (for example a studio listing its apps), you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

3. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once at support@vascario.com if you think someone else has used it.
• One person, one account. Don't create accounts to review your own apps, to vote for yourself or to get around a suspension.
• You can stop using the service at any time, and delete your account yourself in Settings (ask for any old ad balance to be refunded first; see the Refund policy).

4. What the service does

TrueLaunch is a directory where developers list Android, iOS, web and desktop apps and games, people write honest reviews and upvote apps, and apps can launch on a chosen day. Listing an app and writing reviews are free. Developers can also pay for clearly labeled sponsored spots and bid for a place on the bid board. We may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the service available but don't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

TrueLaunch is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Apple or any app store. Ratings and reviews on TrueLaunch come only from people who write them here; we never import, show, require, reward or track store ratings, reviews or download counts.

5. Honest reviews

• Review only apps you have actually tried, and say what you really think.
• Never offer, ask for, buy, sell or trade reviews, ratings or upvotes, here or on any app store. “Rate-for-rate” deals and asking for a particular star rating in exchange for anything are forbidden.
• Developers can't review their own apps or have people review them on their behalf.
• We never remove a review because a developer dislikes it. We remove or hide reviews only when they break these terms, the guidelines or the law.

6. Content you post

• You keep ownership of what you post (reviews, listings, images, profile details).
• You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, adapt (for example resize images or translate interface text around it) and distribute that content so we can run, show and promote the service, including in search results, share images and feeds. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time, content others have quoted or that we must keep by law.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you post and that it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.

7. Things you must not do

• Post anything illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or that infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• List malware, scams, apps you have no right to list, or apps that pretend to be someone else's.
• Manipulate rankings, votes, launches or reviews, including with fake accounts, bots, paid or coordinated activity.
• Scrape the service in bulk, overload it, probe or break its security, or get around limits or bans.
• Impersonate anyone, or mislead people about who you are or your connection to an app.
• Send spam or unsolicited promotions to other members.
• Post content that is prohibited under Rule 3(1)(b) of India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

8. Moderation, suspension and appeals

Signed-in members can report a listing or review with the Report button, and anyone can report by email (see Copyright and content reports). Moderators review reports and may hide content, hide a listing, end its sponsored spots, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Apps go live without an approval step; moderation happens after publishing. When we act on your content we tell you why where we can, and you can ask us to look again by replying to that notice or writing to support@vascario.com. We aim to answer appeals within 15 days.

9. Sponsored spots and payments

Paid sponsored spots, bids, payments and refunds are covered by the Sponsored placement terms and the Refund policy. Sponsored spots and the bid board are always labeled “Sponsored” and never change ratings, reviews or organic ranking. How organic ranking works is explained on How ranking works.

10. Our content and trademarks

The TrueLaunch name, logo, design, software and our own text are ours or our licensors'. You may link to TrueLaunch and use the “Launching on TrueLaunch” badges we provide for your own listing, but not otherwise use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you. App names, icons and screenshots belong to their owners.

11. Links and other services

Listings link to app stores, websites and other services we don't control. We aren't responsible for them, for the apps listed, or for any deal between you and a developer. Installing or buying an app is between you and its developer and store.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Reviews are the opinions of their authors, not ours, and we don't check every app. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the accuracy of listings or reviews, the quality or safety of listed apps, or results from listings, launches or sponsored spots.

13. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) INR 5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud.

14. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you posted, an app you listed or your breach of these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable losses and costs, to the extent the law allows.

15. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service; where reasonable we'll give notice. Sections that by nature should continue (content licence for retained copies, disclaimers, liability, disputes) survive. What happens to paid bookings and any old ad balance is set out in the Refund policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we'll tell signed-in members on the site or by email before they take effect, and give developers at least 15 days' notice of changes to the terms for listing and sponsored spots. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can close your account.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please write to iycreateapp@gmail.com so we can try to settle the issue within 30 days. Courts in India with jurisdiction over the place where IYGroup Developer Studio carries on business have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in a country whose law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, nothing here takes that right away.

18. Grievance officer and contact

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about content or these terms can be sent to our Grievance Officer at iycreateapp@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. For anything else, contact support@vascario.com.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them if the service changes hands, and we'll tell you.
